How to View Your Financial Aid Award Notification

  1. Sign into Rose Connect
  2. Select Common Links
  3. Under Common Links, select Banner Web General
  4. After selecting Banner Web General, select Banner Menu (4 squares in upper left-hand corner),
  5. Select Student Self Service and then select Student Financial Aid

To view a different award year:

  • Use the Award Year drop-down menu in the upper-right corner

To print your Award Notification:

  • Select the Print icon in the upper-right corner

Important: We strongly recommend printing or saving a copy of your Award Notification. It contains important details about your financial aid.

For the awards that you need to accept, decline, or modify on the right side of the award under “Take Action” you will see a tab with a drop-down box. Where you can accept, decline, or modify your awards.

The Private Student Loan or PLUS Loan option cannot be accepted on this tab. You must apply for these loans.  Visit Understanding Student Loan Options for further guidance.
