WHAT IS YOUR DREAM JOB?
My dream job is the one that I recently accepted! I am going to be starting as an automation engineer at Eli Lilly next summer where I will be programming the instruments that control the process to make active pharmaceutical ingredients! It’s the perfect merger between my two academic interests, Chemical Engineering and Computer Science, and Lilly is an amazing company to work for, I’m so excited!
WHAT’S YOUR IDEAL WEEKEND?
My ideal weekend would include some form of outdoor adventure, either hiking, kayaking, or just walking around Hawthorne Park. I also love to have some free time to hang out with my friends, cook a good meal, read a book, and watch a movie! Most of my weekends at Rose also include a Basketball game!
STAR TREK OR STAR WARS?
Definitely Star Wars! My dad got me into it at a young age.
WHAT IS THE NERDIEST THING YOU DO?
I’m not sure if this is necessarily nerdy, but I actively keep three separate calendars to make sure I get everything done and have my life together.
FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR?
It’s not very common, but I really like hazelnut ice cream.
WHAT’S THE BEST KEPT SECRET ON CAMPUS?
I think the best kept secret is the code to turn on the fireplace in the union, I would love to know what it is!
What I like most about being a student at Rose is the team aspect. Everyone on campus is cheering for you and willing to help in any way to make sure you can do the best that you can!
