Many Faces of Risk

The complexity of today’s engineering systems continues to grow and so has the need for engineers with strong risk identification, analysis, and mitigation skills. Strategic risk management will be the focus of this seminar. Throughout the day, speakers from academia and industry will share their experiences dealing with risks in their area of expertise. Topics will include discussions of risk associated with the areas of engineering, finance, cyber security, and talent selection. Further, participants will have an opportunity to participate in a simulated event to highlight the importance of strategic risk management.

Indiana Engineering Ethics Seminar

This seminar is a continuing and professional education course that meets the ethics and statutes requirements for Indiana Professional Engineers. During this seminar, participants will have an opportunity to identify, assess, and discuss engineering scenarios for their ethical implications. Further, we'll facilitate an interactive session on current Indiana laws and the implications on unethical employee/organizational behavior.
