Join us for an exploration on why creativity is critical to our lives, as explained through neuroscience and sociological research. We will examine the types of creative routines you can build for your day-to-day life, and we will engage in creative play by making a small art project known as an Artist Trading Card (ATC) that represent you and/or the things you???re passionate about. Amanda will be bringing supplies for creating these ATCs, including paints, collage materials, and other supplies. If you have any paper materials you???d like to include, please bring them with you. Examples include receipts, tickets, programs, magazine images, photographs, etc.
