Immediately following the New Student Convocation, it is time for students and families to say goodbye. After saying goodbye, students meet up with their residence hall friends, and join the bagpipers to take their first walk through campus as Rose-Hulman students! Students will then continue with orientation programming through Wednesday, September 2. Classes start on Thursday, September 3. Parents and guests are invited to watch the procession. Saying goodbye can be hard and so we've planned something fun to look forward to! We invite families to come back to campus for Fall Family Weekend, which will take place Friday, October 16 - Sunday, October 18.
