Dr. Shraddha Sangelkar is very passionate about Capstone Design and has been involved in senior design since 2012. Additionally, she enjoys teaching motion analysis in mechanical systems. Dr. Sangelkar’s research interest lies in developing methods that teach designers to create better products for people, as well as designing for people with disabilities. She received a grant from the U.S.- India Science and Technology Endowment Fund to develop a low-cost Refreshable Braille Display in partnership with a startup company in India, Innovision. She is also actively involved in pedagogical research to enhance the engineering classroom experience.
