Dr. Patrick Cantwell is an expert in transmission electron microscopy, grain boundaries and interfaces, and nanocrystalline alloys. He has industry experience working for Creare, Inc. and Arvin Sango, Inc. Dr. Cantwell͛s research focuses on grain boundary structure-property relationships, microstructural evolution during polycrystalline materials processing and nanocrystalline thermal stability.
