What Our Alumni Say

Andy Sadler
Andy Sadler

’21, International Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics.

I think going abroad opened my eyes to other, non-American perspectives of the world. It gave me a lot of necessary context for working with folks abroad. Most people I interact with on a frequent basis aren't American, and there's been times where that's come into play in my role. I don't think I would be nearly as successful as I have been without this experience abroad. Being able to work with folks who live overseas is something really important to the style of open-source engineering we do at my current role.
