As vice president for human and environmental services, Megan Elliott oversees human resources, public safety, environmental health/safety, community and belonging, professional and organizational development, and custodial services. She previously served as senior director of human resources for the institute.
Prior to coming to Rose-Hulman, Elliott was the human resources generalist and clinical operations manager for Purdue University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital in West Lafayette, Ind. She also worked in human resources and managed the veterinary hospitals at Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Fort Collins, Colo., and University of Florida’s Small Animal Hospital in Gainesville, Fla.
Elliott earned a master’s degree in business administration, specializing in human resources, from the University of Phoenix and a PhD in educational leadership in higher education at Concordia University of Chicago. Her undergraduate studies were in biology and environmental science.
