	Course policies
	Students should visit the course web site and newsgroup regularly.
	Students should bring their Windows notebook computers to class on a regular basis.
	Late homework will not be accepted.
	Missed exams cannot be made up except by prior arrangement or due to circumstances beyond the control of the student (as determined by the instructor).
	Grades will be determined on a "modified contract" basis.
	Collaboration is required on certain graded events, prohibited on others, and encouraged on the remainder.  Copying is not collaboration.  You must properly credit your collaborators and clearly indicated the extent of the collaboration except where it is obvious.  Failure to acknowledge collaboration can be considered cheating
