Rose-Hulman Triathlon Club conducts regular workout sessions and encourage
multi-sport activity. We host a sprint triathlon in the spring and many of our
athletes compete in a number of other event. A typical week for us includes a
swim, two runs, and two bikes rides. Individuals are always seeking workout
partners for additional workouts as well. Leading up to the sprint triathlon we
add brick workouts. At the beginning of each week, we send out the training
schedule based on the weather. To be placed on this mailing list, please contact
Jessica Spore at
sporejl@rose-hulman.edu. This year will also be the first year we take
a training trip to Boca Raton, FL where we will compete in a sprint triathlon.
The Rose-Hulman Triathlon Club is sponsored by Forward Motion Atheletics and
Rudy Project. Our race in the spring is sponsored by Road ID.
