Profile
I help leaders achieve positive, measurable change in behavior: for themselves, their
people and their teams. Much of my work involves measuring the impact of my work. This
is somewhat unusual for someone in the field of behavioral change. My math background
has given me a more rigorous view of change than many other people in my field - who
seldom measure the impact of what they do.
