Team Physicians: Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology athletic training is proud to be associated with the following physicians from the UAP Terre Haute Bone and Joint Clinic located here in Terre Haute.                   Team Orthopedic Physicians                                                      Dr. Gary Ulrich, DO                     Lead Team Physician                                               Graduate of Delaware Valley College in Pennsylvania and Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Completed his internship and residency at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital, Michigan.  Completed a fellowship at Michigan State University in sports medicine, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery.  Board certified, American Orthopaedic Surgery.              Dr. Sameer Bavishi, M.D. Graduate of Southern Illinois Medical School.  Completed residency at Southern Illinois.  Completed fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago – Center for Athletic Medicine     Board certified, American Orthopaedic Surgery.           Dr. Andrew McDonald, M.D.  (Non-Operative Sports Medicine Specialist)      Graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington and Indiana University School of Medicine.  Completed his pediatric residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.  Completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship at St. Louis University where he served as team physician for the St. Louis University Billikens.  Board Certified in Pediatrics and Certificate of Added Qualification Eligible in Sports Medicine.
