An introduction to general methods of problem solving, structured algorithm design, and elementary computer programming.
CS 101, Honors Programming and Problem Solving, is an accelerated version of CS 100 for students with prior programming experience. Students successfully completing this course will receive one additional credit by examination. CS 101's credits: 0R-3L-1C; it's offered fall quarter with the only prerequisite of the permission of the instructor.
