After-hours
Should you require after-hours shipping
services (after 3:00 p.m. or weekends), please prepare a
FedEx form and package.
Copies of all after-hours Fed-Ex shipping documents for Institute
business packages must be sent to the MCC
for tracking purposes.
Personal packages shipped via UPS must be
taken to the local UPS operation located at US Hwy 46. UPS does
not have a daily stop at RHIT.
The Institute's electronic package tracking system uses scanning technology that allows
the Mail Distribution Center (MDC) to track your package upon delivery by the
carrier (FedEX, UPS, DHL, USPS) to campus, through delivery to you.
All notices regarding incoming packages will be made by email. The
message you will receive appears as follows:

Students are required to present their RHIT ID card to receive their package.
To expedite processing, please have your ID card available when picking up
your package. Faculty and staff will be required to sign an electronic
signature pad to receive their
package.
HELPFUL HINT -In order to avoid any delays; if you regularly receive
packages for a club or organization, please ask the sender to include your
name and campus mailbox number on the package. Please contact Rick Alumbaugh, x8490, email
Richard.Alumbaugh@rose-hulman.edu, immediately and notify him that you are
the authorized individual to pick up packages for your club or organization.
