Getting involved in something bigger than yourself

There's no doubt about it, Rose-Hulman students are committed to helping others. In the past year Rose-Hulman students have:
- donated approximately 12,000 hours of service to the community.
- collected and donated over $50,000 and countless goods to local individuals and organizations.
Some of the most popular service events for students are the Bikes for Tykes Project, the St. Jude's Up 'til Dawn Letter Writing Campaign and campus-wide blood drives. Why should you make time for community service? You'll make new friends. Help others. Learn more about yourself. Grow as a person. And get that warm and fuzzy feeling inside when you do something for the greater good.
If you want to get involved, we invite you to come to any of our planned events. For more information contact Donna Gustafson, Dean of Student Services, 812-877-8275.
