Munchie Muskeyvalley Named Second-Team All-Region
TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology senior Munchie Muskeyvalley (Rock Island, Ill.) captured second-team all-region honors from d3hoops.com, in results released today.
Muskeyvalley led the Engineers with 16.3 points per game and 91 assists, including four games of 28 or more points. He also ranks among the NCAA Division III national leaders in free-throw shooting at 83.9%.
Muskeyvalley recorded career totals of 1,248 points to finish 13th in school history and ranks third at Rose-Hulman with 377 career assists. The four-year starter scored a career-high 30 points against Southwestern in 2006.
His career accomplishments include two first-team all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference selections and five league Player of the Week awards.
The Engineers finished
11-15 overall and tied for fifth in the Southern Collegiate Athletic
Conference standings. |
