August 15 at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. |
TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- The Indianapolis Colts
completed their annual training camp with the second highest
attendance in 10 seasons at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
A total of 22,308 fans attend training camp during
the past three weeks, shy of only the record total of 27,340 set
after the 2006 NFL championship.
Rose-Hulman's preparations were highlighted
by nearly nine weeks of work on the campus intramural fields and the
Cook Stadium game field. The three fields provide the Colts
with viable alternatives for team workouts.
National media that attended Colts Camp this season included
ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS, The Sporting News, USA Today, Sports
Illustrated, NFL Network and Sirius Satellite Radio.
The Colts have tallied an NFL best record of 111-49
since beginning their training camp at Rose-Hulman in 1999.
