How To Apply
Registration Fees
$800 per person
$700 for the second member of a team from the
same institution
$600 for each additional team member
The fee for the workshop is $800 and covers all workshop materials
and sessions, continental breakfasts and lunches, snacks, welcome
reception (Day 1), and dinner (Day 2).
Application and Acceptance Process
Attendance is limited and an application is required for individuals and teams. The application deadline has been extended one month to April 9, 2012. You are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to gain a space in the workshop. Applicants will be notified of our decision within two business days of receipt of your application.
Once you have been accepted for the workshop, payment is due in full. Payment information will be sent with your acceptance.
All fees must be paid by April 9, 2012 or your acceptance will be cancelled. The workshop fee includes a $50 non-refundable charge. No refunds can be made for cancellation after May 16, 2012.
On the application, teams and individuals are asked to provide a brief explanation (500 words or less) of the challenges, projects, and ideas that you bring to the workshop. Your responses will allow us to better match you (and your institutional team, if applicable) with workshop facilitators and other participants.
In addition, students applying for a MACH Change Agent Grant are asked to share their future plans and indicate how attending the MACH Workshop will further their goals.
