Self Made Abs

When: Monday, Wednesday - 11:45-12:15; Tuesday, Thursday - 5:00-5:30 p.m.

Zumba uses both dance and aerobic elements in choreographed movements to get maximum aerobic impact. Most choreography incorporates hip-hop, salsa, merengue, and kickboxing movements. Squats, lunges, arm and shoulder, as well as core exercises are integral part of this class.

Burn it Off

When: Monday, Wednesday - 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Where: SRC Multipurpose Room

A fat blasting workout combining cardio and strength training into circuit routines.


When: Wednesday, Friday - 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Yoga, the oldest form of practical aid exercise, is an ancient art based on combining physical movement to our deepest breath. The practice of this simple principle brings body awareness, challenges our strength, flexibility and most importantly, improvement to all our vital systems. 

Taught in many modalities and styles, our classes are all levels, with beginners always welcome. 

Each student will learn adjustments and suitable modifications for specific needs. Mats are provided or feel free to bring your own. 

Classes help build confidence to incorporate techniques in sustaining homeostasis for everyday life. With overall improvement in health, balance, and happiness for either gender at any age! 

Tone and Tighten

When: Monday-Thursday - 12:15 - 1:00 p.m.
Where: SRC Multipurpose Room

Tone and Tighten is a 45 minute class that focuses on total body exercises. This includes ball, weights, mat, and cardio workouts. Each class is full of energy and leaves you feeling energized and ready for the rest of the day. All exercises can be modified for any injury or age, and in each class you learn something new.
