Self Made Abs

When: Monday and Wednesday - 5:30-6:00 p.m.; Friday - 12:00-12:30 p.m.

Zumba uses both dance and aerobic elements in choreographed movements to get maximum aerobic impact. Most choreography incorporates hip-hop, salsa, merengue, and kickboxing movements. Squats, lunges, arm and shoulder, as well as core exercises are integral part of this class.

Yoga (Union)

When: Wednesday, Friday - 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Where: Hulman Memorial Union

Yoga, the oldest form of practical aid exercise, is an ancient art based on combining physical movement to our deepest breath. The practice of this simple principle brings body awareness, challenges our strength, flexibility and most importantly, improvement to all our vital systems. 

Taught in many modalities and styles, our classes are all levels, with beginners always welcome. 

Each student will learn adjustments and suitable modifications for specific needs. Mats are provided or feel free to bring your own. 

Classes help build confidence to incorporate techniques in sustaining homeostasis for everyday life. With overall improvement in health, balance, and happiness for either gender at any age! 

HIIT to be FIT

When: Monday and Tuesday - 12:15 - 1:00 p.m.
Where: SRC Multipurpose Room

HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Power 20

When: Monday and Wednesday - 6:00-6:30 p.m. and Friday 12:30-1:00 p.m.
Where: SRC Multipurpose Room

When you're extremely short on time and you don't have an hour to workout "Power20" is your solution. This class designed to build strength, add definition, decrease your body fat, and boost your energy. This class is a great cardio workout and a lot of fun. Class limit 30 minutes.
