Jack L. Foltz (Ch.E., '57) has been elected chairman of the board of the American Corporate Counsel Association (ACCA). The ACCA is the only national bar association comprised solely of attorneys who practice in the law departments of corporations and other private-sector organizations. He was elected at the ACCA annual meeting recently in San Francisco. The ACCA has 10,500 members representing 42 national chapters. Foltz serves as vice president and general counsel of Sun Company, Inc., Philadelphia, Pa. He also serves as one of two alumni representatives to the Rose-Hulman Board of Trustees.
