NORTH MANCHESTER, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology improved to 14-7 overall and 3-1 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play with a 25-15, 25-13, 25-19 win at Manchester on Sunday.
Senior Anna Lewer (Indianapolis/Lutheran) led the Fightin' Engineers with 17 kills and a .517 hitting percentage.
Junior Casey Levitt (Thousand Oaks, Calif./Westlake) added nine kills. Junior Kira Boswell (Ames, Iowa) and freshman Sarah Jensen (Overland Park, Kan./Blue Valley Northwest) both recorded a team-high 14 assists.
Junior Kate Dangel (Upper Arlington, Ohio) had a team-high 14 digs and four service aces, with senior Erika McGuire (Indianapolis/Warren Central) adding three aces.
Manchester stands 10-13 overall and 1-4 in league play. Rose-Hulman returns to action at Mount St. Joseph on Thursday and Franklin on Friday.
