Zack Howe begins his first year as a volunteer coach for the Fightin' Engineers this season.
Howe, a four-year varsity letter winner and three-time point scorer at the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship, will work with the team's pole vaulters.
The civil engineering major will complete his degree in May.
