Two Top-Five Efforts Lead Rose-Hulman at Hanover

whithaus1HANOVER, IND -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology relied on two top-five individual performances to finish fourth at the Hanover College Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.

Freshman Sanders Park (Alpharetta, Ga./Milton) finished second overall with rounds of 75 and 74 to lead a strong team performance.

Junior Travis Whithaus (Robinson, Ill./Vincennes University) added a fifth-place finish with scores of 79 and 74.

Junior Jeremy Walters (Manila, Utah) contributed rounds of 82 and 83, with senior John Rigitano (Addison, Ill./Addison Trail) adding scores of 83 and 84.  Freshman Kent Kraus (Greenwood/Center Grove) pitched in with rounds of 88 and 83.

The Fightin' Engineers return to action at the Little Giant-Engineer Cup Match at Rea Park Golf Course in Terre Haute on Wednesday.
