Men's Cross Country Wins at Earlham

westRICHMOND, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology earned first-place honors at the Earlham College Cross Country Invitational on Saturday.

Sophomore Stuart West (La Porte) led a balanced team performance in a time of 27:42.

Sophomore Josh Hojnacki (La Porte) added a top-five finish in 27:48. 

Sophomore Ryan Meyer (Greenwood/Center Grove) came home eighth in 28:02, junior Andrew Thompson (Mundelein, Ill./Vernon Hills) was ninth in 28:10, and junior Robbie Mayhew (Terre Haute) was 10th in 28:16.

Rose-Hulman returns to action at the Gibson Family Pre-National Meet next Saturday at the LaVern Gibson Course.  The Fightin' Engineers will host the NCAA Division III National Championships on Nov. 17.
