Indiana State compiled an 18-15 record last season and finished fifth in the Missouri Valley Conference standings at 9-9. The Sycamores return four starters from last season, qualified for the NCAA Tournament in 2011 and earned a spot in the NIT in 2013.
Rose-Hulman was ranked as high as No. 18 nationally in the d3hoops.com weekly national poll last season. The Fightin' Engineers return two starters, including second-team All-American Julian Strickland (pictured), and will open their home schedule on Nov. 30 against Carroll University.
Indiana State and Rose-Hulman will meet in an exhibition game for the third time this season, after previously meeting in November 2009 and 2010. Indiana State leads the all-time series with Rose-Hulman 33-23, with the last regular season meeting taking place in 1932.
