Dr. Gary Ulrich, DO
Lead Team Physician
Graduate of Delaware Valley College in Pennsylvania and Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Completed his internship and residency at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital, Michigan. Completed a fellowship at Michigan State University in sports medicine, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery. Board certified, American Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Sameer Bavishi, M.D.
Graduate of Southern Illinois Medical School. Completed residency at Southern Illinois. Completed fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago Center for Athletic Medicine Board certified, American Orthopaedic Surgery.
