Generating a New Schedule
- Click on the Generate a new schedule button. This will then bring up the next window as seen to the left.
- Fill in the Course Name.
- Choose a Term Name from the drop down list. Choose a year from the drop down list.
- Click the Meeting Day check boxes for each day the class will be meeting.
- If the course has a lab, you can select the day of the lab from the Lab Day drop down list.
- The check box labeled Show Day Names will allow the generated schedule to be labeled with the day and date, such as "Monday September 23" instead of just the date.
- Fill in the First Class Day of Term, which is the first day of the term, regardless if your course meets that day. You select the month from a drop down menu. You then type in the day and year.
- Fill in the Last Class Day Before Break, which is the final day of the term, regardless if your course meets that day.
- Fill in the First Class Day After Break, which is the first day of the term after break, regardless if your course meets that day.
- The Submit button will create the schedule from the
information you have provided. The Set Column Headers button will pop up another window.
