 Visits are typically scheduled Monday through Friday in early morning and early afternoon. It is best to call at least two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. To arrange your visit please call the Admissions Office and ask for Nancy Apple, our Visit Coordinator. If she's not available, anyone in the office will be glad to assist you.
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (except from 12:00-1:00 p.m. for lunch!). Call us toll-free at
1-800-248-7448, or direct at 812-877-8213. You can also email us with your requested visit date and time at campusvisits@rose-hulman.edu. Due to the demand for campus visits, it's always a good idea to have a second date in mind before contacting us.
In addition to individual visits, we also offer Campus Day Programs at select times throughout the year. The Campus Day schedule will allow you to experience the many facets of Rose-Hulman in a group setting: tours of campus, meeting with faculty and students, and an overview of admission and financial aid procedures.
