Construction Services

Construction and Maintenance Services staff are responsible for routine and emergency maintenance, the repair/renovation of facilities (electrical, mechanical, structural and interior/exterior finishes) and all minor and capital construction.

Specific responsibilities include:

Pest Control in Academic and Administrative Buildings
Remodeling
Carpentry
Welding
Painting
Preventative Maintenance
Shipping and Receiving
Electronic Access
Grounds Services
Locks/Keys/Cores
Space Planning
Minor & Capital Project Administration
