Postal Services Chargeback and Payments Policy
Statement
Most postal services and
related supply costs incurred by the Mail Processing Center for RHIT business
mailings are paid by Administrative Services, except for the following:
- Admissions
- Alumni, Development and
External Affairs
- ARAMARK
- Bookstore
- Campus Clubs
- Fraternities and
Sororities
- Grant funded projects,
programs and conferences
- Homework Hotline
- Manuscripts for
publication
- Rose-Hulman Ventures
- TASC
- All departments or
organizations who receive a fee, dues or other proceeds as part of a planned
seminar, sabbatical, summer programs, special sessions, special events,
bookstore related charges or third-party sponsored events
PACKAGE RETURNS
All package costs (FedEx,
UPS, Global, etc) associated with the return of equipment or other items are the
responsibility of each department or campus mail patron and will be charged back
accordingly.
An invoice will be sent
to your department budget manager, campus mail patron or organization at the
beginning of the following month. Personal mail and packages must be paid for
at the time of mailing.
