Feature How to Use
Transfer Blind Press the Flash\Recall key. You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the extension number* . Hang up.
Announced Press the Flash\Recall key. You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the extension number*. Announce the call. Hang up.
Conference Call Press the Flash\Recall key.You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the number or extension that you wish to conference*. Press the Flash\Recall key again to connect all callers.
Hold Press the Flash\Recall key. You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial #4 then hang up. The call is now on hold. If you hang up, your telephone will ring every 60 seconds to remind you of the call on hold.
Consultation Hold Press the Flash\Recall key. You wil hear stutter dialtone. Dial the extension number of the person that you wish to consult with. When the consulted party hangs up, you are automatically connected to your original call**.

* If extension is busy or no answer press Flash\Recall. Outside line busy or no answer press Flash\Recall twice.
** If consulted party is an outside call press Flash\Recall.
Ring Again To activate Press the Flash\Recall key. Dial 11. Hang up.
To respond Lift handset. You will hear stutter dialtone. Number is automatically dialed.
To Cancel Lift Handset. Dial 12. Hang up.
Call Forward*** To activate Lift handset. Dial #1. You will hear dialtone. Dial destination number. Hang up.
To cancel Lift handset. Dial #1. You will hear dialtone. Hang up.

*** The Call Forwarding feature is limited to on-campus extensions only.

Last Number Redial To activate Lift handset. Dial 189. Number is dialed automatically.
Speed Call To Program Lift handset. Dial #2. Enter speed dial storage code (01-20), plus 7 and the number you are storing.
To erase Lift handset. Dial #2. Enter speed dial storage code (01-20), then pres the * key.
To Use Lift the handset. Dial #3 plus the desired speed call code (01-20).
