Not all phones are equipped with the following features.

| Transfer | Blind | Press the Transfer key. You will hear a stutter dialtone. Dial the extension number*. Press the Transfer key again. Hang up. |
| Announced | Press the Transfer key. You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the extension number* . Announce the call. Press the Transfer key again. Hang up. | |
| Conference Call | Press the Conference key.You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the number or extension that you wish to conference*. Press the Conference key again to connect all callers. Repeat procedure to for additional conferences. | |
| Consultation Hold | Press the Conference key.You will hear stutter dialtone. Dial the number or extension that you wish to consult*. Press the extension key of the original. | |
* Busy or no answer...press extension key of original call. |

| Call Forward** | To Activate | Do not lift the handset. Press Forward key (key flashes). Dial destination number. Press Forward again. To reinstate press Forward twice. |
** The Call Forwarding feature is limited to on-campus extensions only. |

| Last Number Redial | To Activate | Press redial or extension key. |
| Speed Dial | To Program | Do not lift the handset. Press the Speed Call key.Enter the desired speed call code (01-20). Dial 7 plus the number you are storing. Press the Speed Call key. |
| To Erase | Do not lift the handset. Press the speed call key.Enter the desired speed call code (01-20). Press *. The number is now erased. | |
| To Use | Lift the handset. Press the speed call key. Dial the desired speed call code (01-20). The number is automatically dialed. | |
| Dial Intercom | To Use | Press I/C or Intercom key. Dial the 2 digit number of the person that you wish to reach. |
