IAIT supports the Rose-Hulman campus computers, networks, and phones.

Services

- These are the areas for which IAIT provides assistance. This includes email usage and setup, printers, telephones and voicemail, and software documentation.

Tools

- These are the tools available for your online use which include the network password change tool, bandwidth usage utility, and Exchange quota tool.

Submit a problem

- Use this to log in to the Support Portal and create a ticket for your problem. You may also check the status of your tickets and read frequently asked questionsIf you cannot log in due to not having a Kerberos account, send your problem to the Help Desk via email.

- See IAIT's computer and network use policies, bandwidth policies, scheduled maintenance activities, and others.
