| SRC Employment Opportunities_______________________________________________ |

Each year the Sports and Recreation Center offers students an opportunity to get involved within the SRC by becoming a part of the staff. Students are hired and paid to lifeguard, supervise, and provide customer service. Employment opportunities through the work-study and work-opportunity programs are available to students who have an interest in working at the SRC. Duties include set-up/take down of
events, security at events, operation of scoreboard, ticket
taking, ushering, light housekeeping and equipment
maintenance. |
Must be honest, dependable, outgoing
and have good communication skills. Must be able to follow
directions well. |

SRC Lifeguard |

Participate in all training activities
pertinent to position, open/close the pool area, maintain
safe conditions in the pool, light housekeeping and general
maintenance of the pool. CPR, Life Guard, AED
certifications are required but will be provided by SRC. |
Must have outgoing personality, honest,
highly dependable and have good communication skills. |
