2007-08 Commission Members Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Steve Chenoweth (CSSE), Kay C Dee (ABBE), Rebecca DeVasher (CHEM), Megan Greenwell (Student), David Finn (MA), Jim Hanson (CE), Bill Kline (ENGMGT), Andreas Michel (HSS), Wayne Padgett (ECE), Don Richards (ME), Sharon Sauer (CHE), Shannon Sexton (IRPA), Maarij Syed (PHOE), Bill Weiner (ABBE), Allen White (ME), Julia Williams, Chair (IRPA/HSS) A Note from CASO-- At the May 2007 Institute Meeting, the faculty endorsed a new set of Institute Student Learning Outcomes organized into three domains: Technical Knowledge, Interpersonal Skills, and World Citizenship. Over the summer, groups of faculty defined the outcomes and produced a first draft of the performance criteria. During the 2007-08 academic year, CASO has collected feedback on the draft outcomes. CASO has also developed performance criteria and evaluation rubrics for each of the outcomes. These rubrics will be used to evaluate student submissions to the RosE Portfolio System in Angel on May 27 and 28 during the annual Portfolio Rating Session.
