Anchor Extreme Liberty Speakers (MPA-5100):

 

  1. Uncover the speaker and plug in the power cord.
  2. Turn the power on. The switch is located to the right of where the power plugs into the speaker.
  3. Plug in the sound jack, must be a quarter inch jack. The input jack is the left most input on the top of the back. The volume control for this jack is directly above the input jack.
  4. If you wish to plug a microphone in, and it is XLR, than this can be plugged into the back to the right of the quarter inch jack. The volume control is directly above the input jack.
  5. If you would like to mount the speaker on a stand, first set the stand where you would like it. Next unfold the stand and make sure that it is sturdy. Now, place the speaker on top of the pole. Make sure that the speaker is sitting on top of the mount correctly before letting go. At this point, if need be, you can raise or lower the height of the speaker.
  6. When finished, wrap the plug around the hooks in the back and unplug any audio inputs. Cover the speaker with the included cover.

Anchor Speakers (AN-256M):

 

  1. Uncover the speaker by unlatching the latched on the sides. Plug in the power cord.
  2. Turn the power on. The switch is located to the right of where the power is attached to the speaker.
  3. Plug in the sound jack, must be a quarter inch jack. The input jack is the third input to the right in the middle of the back. The volume control for this jack is directly above the input jack.
  4. If you wish to plug a microphone in (up to two can be connected), and it is XLR, than this can be plugged into the back to the left of the quarter inch jack. The volume control is directly above the input jacks, respectively.
  5. To connect another speaker (specifically the counter part), you need only a quarter inch cable. Plug one end into the “EXTERNAL SPEAKER OUTPUT” located in the top left of the back. The other end of the cable should be plugged into the only jack on the back of the other speaker.
  6. When finished, unplug any audio inputs and wrap the plug into circles. Cover the speaker with the included cover.
