Eliza
For this lab, you are to implement your own version of Eliza, the
program that we have seen in class. This lab assignment is slightly
less guided than the prior labs. If you have any questions, feel free
to ask other groups, or the lab instructors.
To review, there are three components to Eliza:
- One that attempts to parse the users response
- One that searches for keywords
- One that issues random responses
It is easiest to implement these components in reverse order. For this
lab, we will only implement the first two components.
Turning in your work
This lab is due at the end of this lab session. When your program
works to specifications or at the end of the lab session, demonstrate
it to your lab instructor.
