CSSE-481: WBIS: Peer Reviews

Each student will review one proposal. The reviews will be anonymized and then made available to the authors of the proposal. While I will independently grade your proposals, I will consider the input of the reviewers. The peer-review form follows standard practice of evaluating conference papers.
