This course relies on class discussion of the
assigned reading. For that reason, you should plan to have completed the
assigned reading on the day designated on the Schedule
of Readings. Quizzes and themes are also due on the day specified on
the Schedule.
If you find you will not be able to meet a deadline
for a theme, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work out some
schedule to ensure your completion of the work.
Attendance in class is mandatory. Absences in
excess of 8 will result in failure of the class. This reflects the
Institute policy described on page 3 of the Academic Rules and Procedures.
At times you may need to be absent in order to participate in a RHIT event or
make a plant trip. Please email me in advance so we can schedule a
make-up discussion session.
You must take all the quizzes and submit all the
themes in order to pass this class.
