Projecting at all that: Spring 2008

My seniors all gave spectacular presentations.

Amy, Cherie, Jill, and Melissa gave an additional presentation for Mom's Day.

Britt and CeCe - RHIT '08 graduates!

Heidi, my best buddy friend, and I enjoyed jungle minigolf.

Britt - MARRIED - with Jill and Brittany.

Three batches of brownies - all failures!

The water heater had to go.

That developing landmass can't be good.

Neither is that antiquated wiring.

Mark B. helped with installation of the new model.

This wiring is top-notch.

Lola and I enjoyed the spring together.

She even helped with the compost pile.

Unfortunately, I had to demolish the basement floor.

Fortunately, the lilies were blooming at the same time.

J and I perpetrated a little goofiness on Mom.

Will and I made the Brazil Times newspaper.

Made the trek to Ely to have some R & R

Met Em in Duluth and headed straight for the great American pastime.

Enjoyed a Boundary Water Boys concert one evening.

Visited the new North American Bear Center - the baby boy.

The matriarch of the three bear group.

Mom and the girls crashed on the deck.

The Ely standard observation - in the 4th of July parade.

The guy was the most charming member of the parade.

The first of two marching bands - the high school entry.

The clown band was much better.

We also enjoyed some polka from one of the many local polka bands.

Made a trip to the Kawishiwi Falls - just beautiful.

First try at a family picture.

Second try at a family picture - oh well.

Lola enjoyed our adventuring quite a bit.

Went to see the wolf pups at the International Wolf Center.

Burntside Lodge fancy dinner for the four birthdays - absolutely wonderful.

The only real snag - Dells traffic - not moving.

A long trip, but well worth it.

One finished project - felted bag - love it.

Lola had her eyes and nose on the bread.

The best project ever: "Ella, want to help me sawzall apart an Astro van?"

Task: extract engine and transmission in one piece.

Front end opened up a bit.

Nathan helped from the underside with the sawzall.

I did not believe it could be done - engine et al. on lift.

You'd hardly know we'd been there!

I entered my quilt in the county fair - Reserve Champion.
