Eiffel Tower

Above - We are not the only engineering discipline to try tricky construction, as the Eiffel Tower attests. Like a lot of software, originallly it was designed to be used for only a short time, as the entrance arch to the 1889 World's Fair, then torn down. Hah! Almost 7 million people visited it in 2011. Trivia question: How do you design elevators to go up a structure like this, at progreasively different angles?
