This involved originally building a wheelbase and an arm.  The original wheelbase was later scrapped because it could not climb PVC.  Then, on the days before the competition, we realized that our current robot would not work and we switch strategies.  At this point, I simplified and miniaturized the robot, which included another rebuild. Finally, this last week has involved work on the paper."	"Problems: We encountered a number of problems.  First, the robot was having troubles which required a rebuild and then we switched strategies due to lack of time, which required another rebuild.   Group wise, the group dynamics were subpar.  That is, it took awhile for anyone to assume leadership, since nobody wanted it.  When the robot finally started to be built, Bass and I took control of the teams (the blocking robot team and the "gathering" robot team).  As far as I know, his team worked very well.  My team did too, but the work on the robot was mostly done by myself.  We would often take the paired programming approach in the building, but it was often me building and one of the three of them watching.  Design decisions were made as the group, and went very well.  The biggest decision that we had to make was the scrapping of our original design and going with a "pusher robot", which happened within the last 2 days before the competition.  It was a very poor time to make the decision, but we know that we could not get the robot working in two days, but might get something similar to work.  Ultimately, it didn't pay off and we had problems with operation."
