This week we met again with the client and discussed ideas that we thought would solve the given problem. Before the meeting we met to discuss the ideas we would present to Mr. Kelley. We narrowed down ideas that we thought would solve the problem with the client and found a solution that we believe will work. Mike created the initial draft of the Problem statement and we all met to review and revise the problem statement. We presented the idea of making a series of pages that would hold the different elements of the form and would make the information output more standardized and easier for the admissions office to use. We also proposed multiple options of output and came to the agreement that revising the emails would work out the best for them.
