This week we had our first meeting with our client, Aaron Kelley. Also present were other members of the admissions staff. We introduced ourselves, and then Mr. Kelley described in more depth the motivation for the project. He also showed us the online admissions forms, samples of emails generated by the current system. While we didn't discuss solutions or specific details, we gained an understanding of what was desired and how the current system works.
