Project Part 9

Due November 12, 2004

Purpose: Report results of project retrospective

  1. Keep track of the amount of time you spend on this assignment.
  2. Conduct a retrospective of the project:
    1. Create a list of all the things that went wrong on the project
    2. Create a list of all the things that went right on the project
    3. Create a list of lessons learned that you will try to remember for your next project
  3. One member of the team should type up a draft of the minutes of the retrospective.
  4. The other members of the team should review the draft minutes and offer corrections and suggestions.
  5. The author of the minutes should make needed revisions and then turn in the final version.
  6. Include a summary of the amount of time spent by each member of the team on this assignment.
