Points to be awarded for:

1. HofstadterFM
   • 10 points - f (must mutually recursively call m)
   • 10 points - m (must mutually recursively call f)
2. CarpetRenderer
   • 5 points - Correctly divides the rectangle into 9 congruent subrectangles
   • 5 points - Leaves center subrectangle intact
   • 15 points - Contains recursive calls on remaining 8 subrectangles
   • 5 points - Reasonable base case (based on the length of a side)
