Session 6 Preparation — Videos, Reading and Quizzes

Instructions:

There is no additional Preparation for this Session. Just be sure that you have:

  1. Read the Exam 1 information page.
  2. Watched the videos and done the reading in the Preparations for Sessions 1 through 5, and have done all of the associated quizzes on Moodle.
    • Especially the video and slide shows on DEBUGGING in the Preparation for Session 5!
  3. Completed the in-class exercises for Sessions 1 through 4.
    • And that you understand your solutions and could apply the concepts in those solutions to other problems featuring those same concepts.

  4. Begun preparing for Exam 1 via:

    • The 05a-Debugging problems from in-class Session 5.
    • The 05b-Exam1Practice problems from in-class Session 5.
    • The Practice Problems for the Paper-and-Pencil portion of Exam 1. (You received those problems during Session 5.)

    You must complete ALL of the above to your instructor's satisfaction, prior to Exam 1, as your admission ticket for taking Exam 1.
