BEFORE each class session, you will do PREPARATION for the session -- usually watching some videos and doing short quizzes while doing so. The first video below gives details about this process.

• You will apply what you see in these videos during Session 1. So they are important!
• But if you cannot get them all done before class, no worries and come to class anyway.
• You do NOT need to memorize all the details of the videos.
  • Just paying close attention while you watch them will be plenty good.
  • Subsequent videos will have short quizzes associated with them to help you identify the main points.

Watch these videos BEFORE your Session 1 class:

3. The following four videos PREVIEW what you will do DURING Session 1. WATCH them NOW but do NOT attempt to follow along them in PyCharm -- you will do that DURING class. Just WATCH them for now.

   • Running a program and turning in work [4:13 minutes]. Note: this and subsequent videos are from an older environment than PyCharm, but they work fine to show the concepts.
