<The Validation Test is a complete test of the system before it is given to the client.   It includes testing each requirement, including subrequirements, and each use case.   You must have at least one test case per requirement and use case (it may make sense to add more than one test case for a use case).

You may wish to have one test case file per requirement and let it contain all test cases for that requirement and its subrequirements.  You may also reuse previous test case files here as well to avoid redundancy.

Although drivers and stubs would not normally be used during a validation test, you may still require some additional software to perform the test.  For example, you may want to use software to simulate a device to force the tested software into error conditions.   This software should be listed and linked if written by the test team or the software package used should be listed with its version number.
